Commercial work is about reliability as much as craft: showing up when scheduled, keeping the site safe and open, and leaving paperwork your property file needs. We handle masonry repair, hardscape, and ongoing property maintenance for offices, retail, restaurants, HOAs, and multi-unit properties across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Insured, registered, and used to working around tenants and customers.
What we handle
Sidewalk and entrance replacement, step and railing base rebuilds, retaining walls, brick and block repair, repointing, dumpster pads and enclosures, curbing, and seasonal trip hazard remediation. The unglamorous work that keeps a property safe and off the claim list. For managed properties we also run scheduled maintenance programs with seasonal inspections and priority response.
How we work with managers
Written scope and schedule, certificates of insurance to your spec before we mobilize, work areas protected, and honest daily communication when conditions change. We photograph before and after, so you get documentation for the file without asking.

Can you work off hours or in phases to keep entrances open?
Yes. Phasing walkway and entrance work to maintain access is normal for us, and early starts are our default anyway. Tell us your constraints and we'll schedule around them.
Do you carry the insurance our management company requires?
We carry general liability and workers' compensation and provide certificates naming your entity before work starts. Send your COI requirements with the bid request and we'll return them with the proposal.
